Discover Mexican style chocolate: a chocolate with a 'bite'. This chocolate is stone ground (see photo). At Taza they use traditional Mexican hand-carved stone mills, called molinos, to grind their cacao. 

 

They are masters at creating chocolate that is bold, rustic and gritty, truelly unlike any other chocolate you've ever tasted!
