This chocolate bar is one of our personal favorites. The taste is very well balanced, as the chocolate itself has a floral, honey & spice taste, the added cardemom and salt is the perfect match. It is a chocolate combination made in heaven.

Kuná is a small chocolate facility in Ecuador and run by couple Maria & Luis. They have a strong connection with the farmers of the Kichwa associación Wiñak in Archidona, where they buy the cacao beans directly from. Recently they also started growing cacao trees themselves. Archidona lies in the beautiful Unesco biosphere Sumaco.
