Made with winter warm spices, based on the Indonesian cake 'spekkoek', one of the most difficult cakes to make, and one of the most delicious and loved cakes of the Netherlands. A chocolate that will make you melt away.
Spekkoek Spices
The spices used are based on the Spekkoek cake mix. They are all sourced directly from farmers on the original Spice Islands, Moluccan Islands. The spice mix is made by top chef Titi Waber.
The chocolate is 69% Single Origin dark chocolate. The cacao origins are Hacienda Vicoria (Ecuador) and Öko Caribe (Dominican Republic).
There are two bonbons in each package.
