Fresh from the original Spice Islands (Banda, Moluccan Islands), we source our nutmeg and nutmeg fruit. Nutmeg is widely known and used, but less known is the fruit around the nutmeg, which has a very citrusy taste. We are unique in using the nutmeg fruit in chocolate! 
 
We've used single origin dark chocolate from the Dominican Republic, and smoothened the chocolate with coconut oil, which also makes it perfect as a vegan treat. The bonbon is topped with a bit of candied ginger.
