Super hot & spicy chocolate bar. Made with the Carolina Reaper pepper, which is now the third hottest pepper in the world. 

 

For our chocolate bar we use a Carolina Reaper that is home-grown by a lovely Dutch family in their greenhouse. 

 

We make this bar in our shop in Amsterdam's old city center. The chocolate contains 69% cacao and Dutch beet sugar. We use couverture from the multi-Award winning makers of Heinde & Verre. 

 

Cacao Origins

- Ecuador: Hacienda Vicoria

- Dominican Republic: Öko Caribe

 

Ingredients: 

Organic cacao 69%, Dutch beet sugar, Carolina Reaper pepper, sunflower lecithin (0,5%)

Allergen info: May contain traces of dairy, nuts, peanuts and fruits.
